- Between 2013 and 2015, the central city apartment market saw falling prices, but have rebounded since.
- All of the areas that have seen the larger increases are areas with typically lower per-week rents.
- Central Auckland (with the lowest increase in the 5 year period) is also the highest price area for weekly rents, with average rent at $942 for a three bedroom property.
