“It is with much pleasure for us to write about our experience with Ling. We didn’t know Ling prior to engaging her to be our salesperson, but we know her good friend. There were lots of things to be done in preparation for the campaign - decluttering, cleaning and staging. Ling, with her rich experience told us to take the time to prepare, as it is important for the house to be truly ready before meeting potential buyers.
